Аннотация

В статье предложены результаты метаанализа российских и зарубежных научных трудов о цифровом волонтёрстве. В частности, показано, каким образом оно концептуализируется, какие формы принимает, чем отличается от традиционного офлайн-волонтёрства, каким образом формальные структуры, сталкивающиеся с участием волонтёров, адаптируются под цифровизацию их деятельности, а также какие сложности связаны с данным процессом, каковы его преимущества и ограничения перед традиционными формами волонтёрства в чрезвычайных ситуациях, какие методологические инструменты применяются при его осмыслении и какие пробелы в знаниях об этом явлении ещё существуют. Несмотря на отсутствие в литературе чёткого определения цифрового волонтёрства, большинство авторов под ним понимают добровольную деятельность, в рамках которой свободное время индивида тратится в пользу другого человека, группы или организации без получения прямого вознаграждения, но обязательно с использованием современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий из дома или из других мест вне офиса. К основным особенностям цифрового волонтёрства, с одной стороны, относятся бо́льшая гибкость и открытость для вовлечения в добровольчество широких групп населения, с другой – необходимость в сформированности определённых технических навыков, анонимность и вероятность предоставления ошибочной информации. По функционалу цифровые волонтёры подразделяются на ответственных за сбор и анализ обширных потоков данных, разработчиков новых цифровых платформ и приложений, организаторов онлайн-сообщества. Проблемы цифрового волонтёрства рассматриваются в таких областях знаний, как наука граждан, совместная компьютеризированная работа, кризисная информатика и кризисные коммуникации и т. д. Находясь на пересечении междисциплинарных границ, цифровое волонтёрство осмысливается через разные теоретические рамки, в частности, через цифровую гуманитаристику, сетевые подходы и теорию Кастельса, теорию совместного производства, подход «цифровой экономики совместного пользования», концепцию опосредованной деятельности и цифрового активизма. Возможности и ограничения данных подходов для российского контекста создают инструменты для анализа данных эмпирических исследований.
